Richard Deacon

Richard Deacon’s sculpture reveals a highly complex vocabulary. Describing himself as a “fabricator” Deacon works with a variety of materials including with metals, plastics, wood amongst others. In his text, Peter Schjeldahl explores the artist’s poetry, discussing Deacon's concern for the subtleties of language.
